"I have been attending sessions with Go Rogue for over a year, starting with their workout Wednesdays which i thoroughly enjoyed. When they stopped we started PT sessions with Tom and Milly. They will tailor the sessions to your requirements and Tom will always push us to get the best out of the session. Any advice they help you with. We now do 2 sessions a week and really enjoy them. The online sessions also helped us get through lockdown. Highly recommend them both."
"I've been with Go Rogue Fitness for nearly a year and although i was a runner before i now feel much fitter and stronger. I have definitely seen a huge improvement in my running, which is what i wanted to achieve! Tom and Milly are amazing, they are very passionate about what they do and it shows.
